Meeting days
Anyone wishing to become acquainted with Logra can do so during the meeting days, which take place several times a year (see dates below). Logra movement exercises are introduced and practised with the participants. Basic elements of eurythmy are also explored, since both Logra and eurythmy arise from the same impulse. The essential features of the Logra training are outlined, providing an insight into the different possibilities for continuing to work in and with Logra.

Training
Logra training is intended for those who wish to follow a path of development through movement. It is designed as a part-time programme and comprises two full-time training weeks per year, supplemented by three weekend seminars devoted to the spiritual-scientific foundations and to singing. Several practice meetings support the continued development and deepening of the exercises. The training extends over a total of five years; afterwards, one accompanying continuing-education week per year is offered for Logra teachers. The training weeks take place in September and February.
The cost is €120 per month; each weekend seminar costs €130.
