Logra is derived from Logos Gradualis, meaning a gradual path to the Logos. Our time calls for a new school of movement that responds to the profound changes in the human constitution and embraces today’s need for movement and self-development in a holistic way. Instead of static practices such as yoga, Logra offers exercises ranging from very gentle and moderately strengthening movements to demanding, intensive ones. Since Atmani founded Logra in 2006, these exercises have proved restorative and stabilising for a wide variety of people. Step by step, a person can rise and transform along this gradual path, forming new connections with their own centre, with nature and with the world.

Through movement, Logra opens a path to the Self. It also touches on the depth of movement addressed in Tai Chi and Qi Gong. Strengthening and rejuvenating forces begin to flow; a person finds their centre. Courage and inner strength grow, and resilience to emotional and other influences increases. The exercises themselves contain everything needed for this process.

Logra is suitable for beginners and advanced practitioners, as well as for highly experienced students of other movement disciplines who are looking for a complement or a new direction. Alongside exercises for people at risk of burnout and practices that strengthen posture and the back, there are also exercises for older people. Since 2006, Logra has shown itself to have a deeply beneficial effect.
